At Dolphin Blue Paradise we offer homegrown and  locally organic sourced food. The kitchen is European Fusion inspired by what is available in our garden & locally. Guests enjoy their meals in our over the water Restaurant with a stunning view over Dolphin Bay. As an eco-resort sustainability is paramount so when possible all our ingredients are home grown or sourced locally and organic; we take great steps towards reducing food waste while also cooking every dish fresh. Breakfast is served from 8:00am to 9:30am. For Lunch the restaurant is open every day from 12:00am to 2:30pm. Blå Bar offers all-day snacks and wonderful cocktails. The restaurant is open for Dinner from 7:00pm to 9:30pm, where we offer a set 3 course menu. Outside guests are welcome upon availability and by reservation only.
