Booking policies, resort guidelines, and guest responsibilities

These terms summarize how reservations and stays work at Dolphin Blue Paradise. Specific quotes and contracts may include additional conditions. Contact our concierge for the latest cancellation and payment schedules.

Reservations and payment

A stay is confirmed once deposit requirements stated in your proposal or invoice are received. Rates, inclusions, and taxes are described in your booking documents.

We accept payment methods communicated by our team. Prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise noted.

Changes and cancellation

Cancellation and modification policies depend on season, length of stay, and package type. Your confirmation email or invoice states the applicable terms.

We recommend travel insurance for weather, transport delays, or personal emergencies. Our team will assist with rebooking when possible.

Arrival, property rules, and safety

Boat transfers are coordinated from Bocas Town or Tierra Oscura at published times unless otherwise arranged. Late arrivals require advance notice.

Guests agree to follow staff guidance for wildlife, water activities, hiking, and off-grid systems (solar, rainwater, compost). Damages caused by negligence may be charged at replacement cost.

Activities and liability

Excursions such as fishing, snorkeling, and rainforest hikes involve inherent risks. Participation is voluntary and may require waivers or fitness disclosures.

Dolphin Blue Paradise is not liable for delays or events outside our control, including weather, mechanical issues, or third-party transport, beyond amounts permitted by applicable law.
